    A bit puzzled by this. Thought the statue (which is haunting) was of Milla Jovovich so I clicked the link to find out who she is . . . and she turns out to be a woman who has had a baby and has her photograph taken with balloons and is rather keen to tell us she is beautiful. The face of the statue still is memorable.
